Dr. Severin® Sugaring Paste, which is pure and free of perfume, is especially gentle and skin-friendly. Sugaring is considered more effective than waxing and is gentler on the skin than epilating.
Sugaring in its purest and most skin-friendly form, made by Dr. Severin®. Note that sugaring may need a little practice. The key is finding the right temperature. Watch a tutorial video on sugaring to help you the first time. Sugaring is one of the oldest forms of hair removal in the world, but it has only recently become popular in Europe due to its skin-friendliness.
While developing Dr. Severin® Sugaring Paste, it was particularly important to us to make it as pure and easy to use as possible. Dr. Severin® Sugaring Paste is free of perfumes and is produced according to a long-established traditional formula. All we changed was the manufacturing process, to make it even easier to use and even more skin-friendly. The result is a traditional product in its purest form, innovated and optimised with modern manufacturing technology to create Dr. Severin® Sugaring Paste.
Directions: Cleanse the area where you want to remove the hair so that there are no residues of grease or previously used cream or lotion. Gradually warm the sugaring paste for 15 to 30 seconds in the microwave (600W) or in a pot with water until it becomes soft. Carefully test the temperature – you don’t want to burn yourself! If it is not too hot, use two fingers to slowly apply the paste onto the skin against the direction of hair growth. Slowly but firmly stroke against the direction of hair growth a couple more times. Then pull off the paste in one quick motion, this time in the direction of hair growth. To soothe the skin afterwards we recommend the cooling Dr. Severin original Body Aftershave Balm. To prevent ingrown hairs, exfoliate your skin regularly with our specially developed Dr. Severin Enzyme Sea Salt Peeling.
